Community Bridging

The Community Bridging program is aimed at linking Logan residents who are socially isolated with their local community.
  • Individual Home Visits
Clients are linked with a visitor who shares similar interests.
  • Regular Group Social Outings
Monthly social outings/ activities encouraging the growth of social networks.
  • Peer to Peer Activities
Links clients who share similar interests and encourages ongoing meaningful friendships.
  • Regular Activity Groups
Including arts & craft and cards & board games, these groups are held at Woodridge on separate days and are a great opportunity to get to know other consumers.
  • ShopAssist
Provides personalised individual assisted shopping services. The service is not just for grocery shopping, clients may need to go to a bank, chemist or pay a bill.
Cost :- An administration fee of $11.00 is charged annually and due on January 1 st each year.
