Lands Community Services is all about helping our clients - in a way that reflects our values and mission of helping the frail aged and less abled among us, in our community.
All of our staff display the qualities that reflect this mission, as we are committed to fulfilling our responsibilities in a caring and respectful way. This makes for a friendly and supportive workplace. Currently we have around 70 employees, both paid and unpaid.
Staff are variously offered ongoing training - on the job, in house, and external training. We conduct traffic record and police checks, and adhere to our Code of Conduct requirements.
